When window cleaning goes downhill
Created by DopplerGhost using the Unity game engine, Cleany’s Window Service is a free-to-download horror game that makes window cleaning an even spookier experience. In this title, the protagonist receives a text from an unknown number requesting them to clean the windows of their mansion at night.
Expect the unexpected
Arriving at the client’s mansion, the player—while on the aerial lift—uses a spray and towel to clean the first window. Oddly enough, the player realizes that the rest of the windows have bloodstains and removes them using a sponge, towel, and spray. This is where Cleany’s Window Service picks up.
As you clean more windows, the atmosphere becomes more tense, giving you goosebumps. Once you get to the last window, you’ll be in for a hair-raising surprise. The ending, though, is even more surprising and disturbing. However, some people will find the ending to be a bit predictable.
Delivers suspense in one short game
DopplerGhost’s Cleany’s Window Service starts off as slow and relaxing, gradually building up tension the more windows are cleaned. The jumpscare is also well-executed, whereas the ending can leave players surprised and perturbed. However, for certain players, the ending can be predictable.
